Platform Usage Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all users accessing SouthScape, including prospective clients, partner users, agent users, destination admin users, and invited team members.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Platform only for lawful business operations related to travel and hospitality workflows.
  • Provide accurate account, catalog, booking, and contact information.
  • Use authorized access paths and approved workflows for data entry and exports.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
  • No credential sharing, impersonation, phishing, or session hijacking attempts.
  • No misuse of booking flows, payment references, or ticketing features for fraudulent activity.
  • No uploading of unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content.
  • No interference with system performance, security controls, or monitoring processes.

4. Data and Privacy Conduct

Users handling partner customer data must process it only for legitimate operational purposes and with appropriate confidentiality controls.

5. Security Responsibilities

Users must protect account credentials, use strong passwords, and report suspicious access immediately.

6. Enforcement

SouthScape may suspend access, limit features, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, legal exposure, or repeated abuse patterns.
