Yes, on eligible plans. Once your domain is verified and activated, your entire public site — booking pages, blog, tickets — runs on your domain, and SouthScape automatically serves a sitemap.xml and robots.txt for it, ready to submit to Google Search Console.
Yes. Your site is built with semantic page structure, meta and social-sharing tags, structured data, and XML sitemaps that update automatically as you publish — helping search engines and AI answer engines find, understand, and cite your business.
For content depth, the built-in blog lets you publish guides and updates that search engines index on your own domain.
Yes. SouthScape includes a blog with a rich text editor, RSS and Atom feeds, and automatic sitemap entries. Posts publish on your own site — including your custom domain — under your brand.
Yes. Packages, accommodations, room types, availability, and bookings are managed from the same account with separate controls for each. You can preview both experiences through our Interactive Demo.
Yes. You can record offline bookings from the dashboard and take online bookings on your website. Online capability depends on plan eligibility and payment setup, and every booking is tagged with its channel so reporting stays honest. For legal details, see Payment Terms and Terms of Use.
Your website can take online payments through Razorpay or PhonePe, configured per business, with webhook-verified payment confirmations. Payment setup is part of onboarding on eligible plans.
SouthScape collects subscription and applicable platform-billed charges from partners. Partners remain responsible for how they charge and settle with their own customers where applicable. Review Payment Terms and Refund Policy for details.
Yes, on premium plans. Guests complete their check-in details before arrival through a secure link on their booking ticket — no login required. Government ID numbers are stored encrypted and always displayed masked, and your team gets a printable guest manifest for arrival day.
Yes. Agents get their own portal to book on behalf of customers with built-in settlement tracking, and destination admin teams get a reporting workspace with filters, CSV export, and print views. Each role has its own controlled login.
