Choose a package, select your travel date, and complete payment. We confirm availability and share final trip details by email and WhatsApp.

Customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds are approved only when a cancellation is initiated by SouthScape. See the Refund Policy for details.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Please carry a valid government ID, sunscreen, and a hat. We recommend arriving 20 minutes early at the boarding point.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket link and trip details after booking.

If a trip is cancelled due to weather or other force majeure events, SouthScape will initiate a refund as per policy.
